Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food

Nutrition integrates the sciences of physiology, biochemistry, chemistry, immunology, and molecular biology to understand the complex interaction of foods and food components on human health and disease. We translate discoveries in nutrition science and clinical nutrition to the practice of dietetics and public health for all ages.

The Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food is one of the departments within the School of Clinical Sciences at Monash Health.
