Lisa Hodgkin is a quantitative data analyst with a background in experimental biological research. Lisa completed her PhD in Ecology at the University of Melbourne, during which time she gained extensive experience identifying and solving problems, designing and implementing projects, and managing and analysing data. In her current role as research fellow in the Department at Social Work at Monash University, Lisa is responsible for all aspects of data handling, including cleaning and problem solving the most effective way to use complicated datasets. She is fluent in the coding language R and specialises in linking and managing large complex datasets. Lisa primarily works on projects with her team in Data Matters collaborating with different institutions and aiding numerous aspects of the project including evaluation design, analysis of datasets and report writing.
