Research Focus

My PhD focuses on the application of vibrational spectroscopy in identifying drug response biomarkers in P. aeruginosa. These drug response biomarkers will be used to help develop a new fast antibiotic susceptibility test for P. aeruginosa. In future, I hope to expand to other ESKAPE pathogens and help establish a vibrational spectroscopic library of drug response biomarkers.
