Profile

My current position in the Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences is as a sessional staff member to support the staff in the Diagnostic Radiography and Radiation Sciences  programs; and as an adjunct  Senior Lecturer providing supervision to PhD and MPhil students. I continue to liaise with other Universities, Adjunct Associate Professor at Central Queensland University and as an alumnus mentor for the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education (OISE) at University of Toronto, Canada.

Long term past involvement with various international organizations such as World Health Organization (WHO) and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and International Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technologists  (ISRRT) has enabled me to support and promote international activities that take place within the department. My PhD and research work has examined the psycho-social aspects of radiographic practice globally and provides a research focus on the nontechnical components of the profession and how the profession in Australia compares to the rest of the world.  My other area of research is in breast imaging.
