Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy

Research Opportunities exist for suitably qualified radiographers, radiation therapists, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists and Biomedical Science graduands through the Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences in conjunction with other Departments of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences or with the School of Physics and Materials Engineering in the Faculty of Science.  We also actively supervise clinicians including oncologists, radiologists and other specialists that rely on medical radiations for diagnostic and therapeutic applications.

Time requirement for research is flexible and can in most instances be integrated as part of the routine work of each candidate.

NB: All applicants are required to demonstrate that they meet the English language requirements. The Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences programs have higher English language requirements.
