With over 7 years of experience in product, packaging and graphics Adam has taken lead on large
design projects spanning the FMCG sector. A strong ethos of thinking beyond the box, Adam and his
team strive to deliver poignant, emboldened designs that capture the clients' requirements whilst
giving unique identity. A key focus on delivering projects with the client and consumer needs at the
forefront enables the best possible outcome.

Business Development Manager - Education
Long history of engaging and inspiring people to do the best they can for the businesses they work for and themselves.
Depth of experience spanning chocolate, everyday food, sport, toys, alcohol and health from
multinationals to SME’s. (Kraft, Cadbury Schweppes, Funtastic, Heritage Chocolates, CUB)
Held a diverse range of cross functional roles with the core being in Marketing, New Product
Development and Sales.

Ben Hargreaves
Project Coordinator/Industrial Designer
Ben has a wide range of skills in the creative process and experience working on a wide range of different projects. Along with this, he also has experience coordinating projects run by MFI and a range of industry partners. Specialising in Industrial Design, Ben also works in the realms of Graphic Design, Web Development, Videography and Photography. This well-rounded skill set of Project Management and Design enables him to move fluidly in between the different disciplines, allowing for cohesive project outcomes for our clients.

Abhishek Banerjee
Industrial Designer
Abhishek has experience in a wide range of industries including Industrial Design, Automotive Design, Graphic Design and Web Design. Having worked in a large automotive brand, a former start-up and through his creative consultancy work, he is able to adapt to different creative workflows, and produce high quality outcomes.

Cathy Meredith
Senior Administrative Officer
With over 20 years of administrative and global mobility experience at Monash University, Cathy has worked predominantly in the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Arts, assisting staff and students with and coordinating international short term and semester length programs. In addition, Cathy has worked in various personal assistant roles and has the ability to communicate with a range of people at all levels.

Justine Sik
Senior Project Officer
Justine works on the transition and implementation of multi-disciplinary strategic projects and provides strategic oversight, project management and high-level coordination of major industry partnerships. She is skilled in business transformation, financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.

Philip Doyle
Co-Director
Philip leads the Partnership Transition and Implementation team which works across the university and its partners to deliver large, complex partnerships and projects. This includes strategy, operational establishment, financial modelling, governance, business development, and contracting.

Louise Bennett
Co-Director
Louise has over 25 years of research experience in the science of food and health, with leadership of the Monash Master of Food Science and Agribusiness, that launches graduates into industry and research-based careers. Louise recognises the diversity of food across the globe, and is passionate about translation of research for securing food supply to people and maximising its value for industry.

Sushil Dhital
Co-Director
Sushil caries fundamental and applied research on elucidating the structure-property-function-health relationships of food and food ingredients. His stronghold and research interest are on relating the plant molecular structures to macroscopic properties with relevance to food, health, and product development.
