We’re committed to making our accommodation welcoming and accessible for everyone. Many of our buildings have been purpose-built or thoughtfully modified to include accessibility features that support a wide range of needs.

Clayton campus

Clayton Residential Village

The Clayton Residential Village offers several accessible rooms, including one with a private bathroom. These rooms are larger than standard Residential Village rooms - around 13-17sqm, and designed to provide greater ease of movement.

Clayton Urban Community

The Clayton Urban Community includes more than 50 apartments specifically designed with accessibility in mind. Each accessible apartment is  approximately 30 sqm - around 50% larger than a standard studio apartment - providing extra space for mobility and accessibility.

Throughout the Clayton Urban Community, entrances, communal areas, floor lounges and lifts have also been designed with wider access to support ease of movement.

Peninsula campus

Peninsula Residential Village

At the Peninsula Residential Village, the Student Village includes a shared house designed with accessibility in mind. It features a dual-bench kitchen and other thoughtful elements to make everyday living more accessible. There are accessible pathways connecting the residence to classrooms and key campus facilities.

One of the Samada Street residences also offers extensive accessibility features and generous  personal space - ideal for a student seeking a more independent living experience.
