Nicki has over 20 years' experience working in FMCG marketing, innovation roles and general management roles. She began her career at Nestle as a marketing graduate and has worked leading teams with Cadbury Schweppes, Campbell Arnott's, Kraft, McCain Foods, SPC Ardmona (Food Division of Coca Cola Amatil), and was Group CEO for Powerforce (Powerforce, demoplus and Artel) in positions of increasing responsibility covering categories, products, brands, consumer insight, innovation, sponsorship, communication and consumer services. She has experience across all sales channels and multiple geographies. Roles have included: Vice President Innovation, Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages, Marketing Director Australia & New Zealand for Kraft Foods, Marketing & Innovation Director for SPC Ardmona & McCain Foods; General Manager Beverage Marketing for Cadbury Schweppes Australia and Head of Major Donor Partnerships at Australian Red Cross.
Nicki Anderson is highly recognised in the industry for her marketing skills including her Non-Executive Director roles at Select Harvests and Funtastic Limited (ASX listed companies); Mrs Mac's Limited (private family); Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and Australian Made Campaign Limited. She is Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee for both Funtastic & Mrs Mac's and a member on all other boards. Above all, Nicki is a passionate, high energy leader who inspires people to achieve more than they thought possible. She is always interested in and respectful of other people's point of view, but will drive the team forward aggressively to deliver results. Nicki’s passion is giving back to her local community, balancing this with travel therapy.
Marketing has been at the cornerstone of her career. Nicki has a passion for people and a thirst for knowledge and is Past Chair of the Department of Marketing Advisory Board, Monash University, providing the connection between industry and academia. Over the last two years Nicki has played an active role, representing industry, in the faculty accreditation by both EQUIS and AACSB and also in the recruitment panel for the Monash Business School.
