Airport pick up for inbound students

Monash Abroad offers a complimentary airport transfer service on arrival from Melbourne International Airport (Tullamarine) to your place of accommodation.

If you wish to use this service please complete the online form at least 4 working days (not including Saturdays and Sundays) prior to your arrival into Melbourne.

• Please provide the full and correct flight information for your arrival and the address for your destination. Incorrect flight information and personal details means we cannot act on your request.
• For students confirmed as living on-campus, please use the relevant destination address below:
  • For Clayton Residential Village use Monash Residential Services, 58 College Way, Monash University, VIC 3800
  • For Urban Communities (studios) use Monash Residential Services, 38 College Walk, Monash University, VIC 3800

Late airport pick-up requests will not be actioned, and if you submit your form online to Aero Corporate Cars over a weekend it will not be actioned until the working week and may take a further 2-3 working days.

You will receive a booking confirmation by email from Aero Corporate Cars with further information including the meeting point with your driver.

Note this service is for Monash Abroad students only - any other people accompanying you from the airport will need to make their own transport arrangements.

All airport pickup services are dealt with by Aero Corporate Cars, not Monash Abroad.  If there are any changes to your arrival itinerary you will need to inform Aero Corporate Cars immediately by writing to them at aero@aerocorporatecars.com
