The event, held at the restaurant Seribu Rasa in Menteng, Central Jakarta, brought together over 20 journalists from national media such as Detik, Jawa Pos, Kumparan, Gatra, and more.

The Interactive Talk Show titled "Three Years of Excellence: Unveiling Monash University, Indonesia's Impact to Indonesia, Research, and Collaborative Milestones" shed light on the university's accomplishments in spearheading impactful transdisciplinary research and partnerships.

Professor Matthew Nicholson highlighted Monash University, Indonesia's alignment with the global 'change it' campaign and its ten-year strategic vision, Impact 2030. This strategic alignment ensures that the university's research and collaborations are focused on making a significant and positive impact.

Bu Tantia Dian Permata Indah, Chief Operations Officer of Monash University, Indonesia, emphasised the university's collaborations as a testament to its strategic pathway for progress in realising Golden Indonesia 2045. These collaborations include partnerships with key stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health, Bappenas, PLN, LPDP, Australia Awards Indonesia, Sinarmas Land, and Kalbe. These partnerships enable Monash University, Indonesia to work closely with government agencies and industry leaders to address critical challenges and contribute to the nation's development.

Professor Taufiq Asyhari, Professor of Data Science at Monash University, Indonesia, provided insights into ground-breaking research projects, research grants, and scholarship initiatives. Over the past three years, Monash University, Indonesia has published almost 200 research papers and received 50 research grants, amounting to almost AUD 2 million. "During today's panel discussion, we aim to share our implementation of Impact 2030 in Indonesia and explore how we can contribute more in the future, particularly given the rising global challenges that will affect future generations.", added Professor Matthew.
