Applying through an education agent
For many applicants, applying through an education agent helps with decision making and managing their application process.
All students who choose to apply through an education agent must use an authorised Monash University, Indonesia education agent as listed on our agent database.
By using an authorised Monash University, Indonesia education agent, you can be sure that you’re being cared for by a reputable education agent who is up-to-date on all the relevant requirements.
They also have in-depth knowledge of Monash and our courses, including those offered by Monash College.
Education agents may also help you with visa arrangements, as they understand the system in Australia and can help you:
- Advising on which course is best suited to your goals.
- Explaining the entry requirements.
- Assisting with your application to Monash University, Indonesia.
- Helping to organize and certify the required documents.
- Supporting the visa application process (if you choose the 1.5 years in Indonesia + 1.5 years in Australia package).
Some education agents may charge a fee for additional services including out-of-pocket expenses. These may be perfectly reasonable, but make sure you ask about these fees before making an appointment with them.
We may also refer you to the nearest Monash University, Indonesia agent to assist you with your application, genuine student assessment and visa arrangement.
Please beware of agents who claim to represent Monash when they don’t.

If you have previously submitted an application and would like to appoint a Monash education agent to represent and assist you, use the Nomination of Agent form (pdf, 305kb) and return it to the email address on the form.
