Scheduled maintenance affecting Library Search, 24–25 October

Library Search and access to electronic resources will be unavailable overnight from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 25 October 2026.

The disruption is due to scheduled updates by our service provider. The work is being conducted at night and on the weekend to minimise the impact on students and staff.

Maintenance window

• Australian campuses
  Saturday 10pm 24 October to 6am Sunday 25 October 2026 [AEDT].
• Malaysian campuses
  Saturday 7pm 24 October to 3am Sunday 25 October 2026.

What services are affected

During this eight-hour window, you will not be able to:

• search for Library resources using Library Search
• access electronic resources through Library Search
• view your Library account information

Please complete any urgent research or requests before the update begins.

Accessing electronic resources during maintenance

While Library Search is not available, you can still read many online articles or ebooks by logging directly into publisher websites with your Monash account, or by using the Lean Library browser extension.
