Research Outputs Collection Service

The Research Outputs Collection Service (ROCS) at Monash University Library works with Monash researchers to capture, verify and record eligible research outputs in Pure, Monash's research management system.

Accurate and verified publication records can:

  • give you reliable evidence of your work
  • support your grant and promotion applications
  • ensure the different ways you’ve shared your work are recognised.

How our ROCS team can help

Add your research outputs to Pure

We can add your publications to your Pure profile. We will also check and validate eligible outputs. Validated outputs will appear on your public Monash Pure profile. This ensures that your academic achievements are recognised at Monash.

Validate your research outputs

We validate your research outputs, including eligible non-traditional research outputs. Validated outputs will appear on your public Monash Pure profile. This helps meet reporting requirements and supports your grant or promotion applications.

  • Email us to request this service. Let us know if your request is time sensitive so we can prioritise it.

Upload your eligible manuscript for open access

Make your eligible manuscripts or pre-prints openly available to read and download from Pure. This will ensure that you comply with funders' open-access requirements.

  • Submit your author-accepted manuscript or pre-print via the Open Access Output Submission form. If submitting a manuscript, it must be a copy of work that has already been published, not just accepted for publication.
