Monica started her nursing career at a public hospital in acute care and further developed her skills by working in a variety of hospitals and health care settings across the Peninsula Region.

Whilst continuing to work as a RN, she has focused her career on Clinical Education and have since undertaken a Master of Nursing (Education) at Monash University.  Working as a Lecturer at Monash University has enabled Monica to pursue a career that is very rewarding and interesting; every day brings with it a new challenge!
