Monash Nursing & Midwifery processes overseas registration application forms for graduates who completed their Nursing and/or Midwifery qualification at Monash University and wish to practise offshore.
To apply:
- Complete the Overseas Registration Application online form
- Remember to provide the overseas nursing registration authority form/s (with your part completed and signed if required) and an official academic transcript.
Monash Nursing & Midwifery
- might contact you regarding your application if the information given is incomplete or unclear
- will post the completed application directly to the overseas nursing registration authority
- will only post a copy of the completed application to you if indicated on this form.
