Tamsin is an experienced emergency nurse and educator, with a career spanning more than 20 years. Tamsin joined Monash University in 2012 working in leadership roles across all programs, and was appointed Director of Education in January 2024.

Her emergency nursing career and education expertise inform her research interests which are focused on emergency care, nursing education and professional development, health workforce preparation and patient experience.
