MNM co-curricular programs

We offer a range of co‑curricular programs designed to elevate your learning beyond the classroom and clinical placements. These optional, not‑for‑credit programs give you the chance to build practical skills and be engaged beyond your course.

And the best part? Your commitment won’t go unnoticed. When you graduate, your achievements will be officially recognised in your Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS), showcasing the extra effort you invested in your growth.

Why apply / what's in it for me?

Getting involved in the various Nursing and Midwifery co-curricular programs is one of the most powerful ways you can show future employers who you are beyond grades and coursework. It signals initiative, compassion, and a willingness to step into real‑world challenges with purpose. These programs don't just build skills, it helps build perspective, and a sense of connection that employers genuinely value. What we're looking for?

Each program will have specific selection criteria. In general you will need to have maintained at least a 60% WAM, and demonstrated a strong, reliable track record that shows your ready to step up and contribute.
