In addition to our published works, our research is having direct impact through clinical impact of novel drug molecules:

Earlier work has included a Phase-2 drug candidate, BNC105, for the treatment of cancer (vascular disrupting agent) and a Phase 3 candidate, BNC210, for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (alpha-7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor modulator).

Current work is focussed on CIN244, a novel therapy for the treatment of fibrotic disease. This work is being advanced through the spin-out company Cincera Therapeutics.
