Decoding Protein Dynamics for Precision Medicine

Our lab is dedicated to uncovering how genetic variations shape protein structure, function, and cellular signaling, ultimately influencing drug responsiveness. By exploring the dynamic nature of proteins and their role in disease, we aim to identify key drivers of clinical variation and discover new therapeutic targets.

We use a multidisciplinary approach—combining pharmacogenetics, structural biology, and cell signaling studies—to characterize protein variants, investigate molecular mechanisms, and map out novel druggable pathways. Proteins are not static; they exist in multiple conformations, each influencing biological responses in unique ways. By understanding these intricate dynamics, we strive to advance precision medicine and improve targeted treatments.

By bridging genetics, structure, and function, we aim to unlock new possibilities for targeted drug discovery
