Arif Perdana, Ph.D. – Associate Professor, Data Science, Monash University, Indonesia
Arif has worked in academia for more than a decade in several universities (e.g., Singapore Institute of Technology, Aarhus University, and the University of Queensland). Prior to working in academia, Arif worked in the IT service and finance industry. His research interests are in Data Science and Analytics, and Digital Technology Enablement. He has done industrial research and consultancy with Singaporean and Indonesian institutions and companies. He has also secured several industrial research grants from Singaporean government and companies in the areas of data analytics, fintech and blockchain. Find out more
Pearpilai Jutasompakorn – Associate Professor, Singapore Institute of Technology.
Dr Pear is an Associate Professor in Accountancy program, Business, Communication and Design Cluster at Singapore Institute of Technology. Pear received her PhD in Finance from Monash University and scholarship from Australian Prudential Regulation Authority and Reserve Bank of Australia. Her research interests include credit risk management, banking, financial stability and regulation, and FinTech. Dr Pear has been the Principle Investigator of several research projects to provide innovative solutions to industry partners. Dr Pear's has been quoted and interviewed by media including Business Times and Channel News Asia's radio pertaining credit risk. She also published in industry relevant and international journals including the Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions & Money, the Journal of Contemporary Accounting and Economics, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) journal. In education, Dr Pear focuses on integrating applied research into the applied educational paradigm by imparting industry based knowledge, expertise to cross-disciplinary students at SIT through curricula, capstone, integrative team project and thesis.
Professor S Vijayakumar Bharathi – Symbiosis Centre of Information Technology
S. Vijayakumar Bharathi is a Professor at Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, Symbiosis International (Deemed University). He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and Management. He completed his PhD in Computer Science from Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune, in ERP risk assessment for small and mid-sized enterprises. He is currently a member of the SAP Academic Alliance Board (the Asia Pacific and Japan). He specialises in delivering lectures on Intelligent ERP using S4 Hana, SAP Analytics Cloud, developing and delivering SAP curriculum. He is the global SAP trainer for SAP S4 HANA, ECC6.0 and ByD in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Myanmar, and Australia. His research interests include design thinking, technology adoption models, intelligent ERP, and industrial applications of blockchain. He is part of three global pilot test projects of SAP curriculum and actively collaborates with SAP headquarter in Germany.
