The LPDP scholarship, provided by the Indonesian government through Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) or Endowment Fund for Education Agency, is a prestigious scholarship program that aims to support outstanding individuals in pursuing their education at reputable universities, both within Indonesia and abroad.

How to Apply Master Degree with LPDP Scholarship View

There are two ways to apply for a master's degree at Monash University, Indonesia with an LPDP scholarship:

Apply for the LPDP scholarship first, without an unconditional Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and apply for the master's degree simultaneously. You'll need to submit the unconditional LoA later.
Apply for the master's degree first, get an unconditional LoA, then apply for the LPDP scholarship with unconditional LoA.

Apply for the LPDP scholarship:
- Check the timeline, submit required documents, and complete all assessments.
- Monash University, Indonesia is categorised as a local or domestic university.
- You can apply without an unconditional LoA initially but must submit it once received.
- Visit the LPDP official website for details.
Apply for Monash University, Indonesia's Master Program:
- Check our intake periods, available programs, and requirements.
- Visit Our Admission and How to Apply pages to learn the details.
After receiving the LPDP scholarship and unconditional LoA from our Admission team. You need to request a Letter of Guarantee (LoG) to LPDP and send it to our Admission team.
Our Admission team will provide orientation details once they receive your LoG.
Additional information:
- To request the LoG to LPDP, you must have the unconditional LoA, complete the Departure Preparation/Persiapan Keberangkatan (PK) program, and sign the Scholarship Recipient Statement Letter/Surat Pernyataan Penerima Beasiswa (SP). Learn more here.
- LPDP awardees for overseas study can choose to switch their study destination to Monash University, Indonesia if they decide to pursue their education locally rather than abroad, allowing them to retain their scholarship while gaining a global-quality education within Indonesia.
- LPDP awardees for domestic universities cannot switch to Monash University, Indonesia.
- LPDP awardees are eligible to join the Global Mobility Program. It is 1 year study in Indonesia and 6 months in Australia.

LPDP awardees students can participate in our Global Mobility Program, which includes one year of study in Indonesia followed by six months in Australia. LPDP Nurturing Program - Scholastic Test Workshop

Calling all aspiring LPDP applicants!

The LPDP Nurturing Program aims to support aspiring Indonesian scholars in their pursuit of higher education in Master's Program. Launched for the 2025 LPDP scholarship application cycle, this program represents a strategic partnership between Mata Garuda LPDP—a community of over 45,000 LPDP scholarship recipients—and Monash University, Indonesia, a prestigious institution offering nine cutting-edge master’s degree programs.

This workshop will cover:

Overview of LPDP scholarship scholastic talent selection.
Discussion of types/forms of questions
Simulation of working on questions

The program targets 100 carefully selected participants based on these following selection criteria below. Chosen through a collaborative process between Monash University, Indonesia and the Mata Garuda team. This exclusive approach ensures that resources are concentrated on high-potential candidates who can maximize the benefits of this intensive preparation.

Selection Criteria:

Letter of Acceptance (LoA): Applicants must hold either an unconditional LoA (strongly preferred) or a conditional LoA from Monash University, Indonesia. Learn more about how to skip the Scholastic Test and get the LoA from Monash University, Indonesia.
LPDP 2025 Application Status: Candidates should have either initiated or completed their application for the LPDP Scholarship 2025. Priority is given to those applying in Batch 1 (first intake cycle).
English Proficiency: Valid TOEFL, IELTS, or Monash English Proficiency Test (MEPT) certificates meeting the minimum scores set by both LPDP and Monash University, Indonesia.
Complete Documentation: All documents required by LPDP must be prepared and verified.
Statement of Commitment: A signed commitment letter agreeing to participate in the workshop organized by Mata Garuda and Monash University, Indonesia. Please provide the Statement Commitment from the template per below links:
