Matheson Library Monday 2 March – updated hours and access information

To ensure the University maintains a safe environment for everyone while construction continues on the essential roof upgrades to the Matheson Library, there’ll be slight changes to opening hours and temporary access changes to the eastern back entrance. The 24/7 space will re-open on Monday 2 March 2026.

Alternative library and study spaces across campus will continue to support staff and students until all works are completed.

This work is part of the University’s ongoing Infrastructure Renewal Program of work. It is essential to maintain the building’s longevity so that we can continue providing an inspiring space for our students, staff and visitors.
