Accelerating Research with DUG HPC-as-a-Service
13 February 2026
Monash eResearch is excited to announce that Monash researchers now have access to world-class high-performance computing (HPC) resources via DUG Technology.
DUG offers HPC as a Service (HPCaaS) — a fully supported, bare-metal compute and storage environment designed to accelerate large-scale data analysis, modelling, and simulation across disciplines.
DUG Technology combines powerful CPU and GPU compute, high-bandwidth networks, innovative all-flash storage, and expert support for job scheduling, data management, and code optimisation — enabling researchers to focus on discovery rather than system administration.
Backed by robust security and tailored onboarding services, DUG’s HPC solutions are already powering advanced research in fields ranging from bioinformatics to astrophysics and climate science, and we’re thrilled to bring this capability to our research community.
Access to this service involves a cost. Please contact Monash eResearch (eresearch@monash.edu) if you are interested in learning more about the process for accessing DUG Technology.
