Entry is only open to citizens and residents of Indonesia  
If you are under 18, you must get approval from a parent or guardian before entering.
For the avoidance of doubt, entry is not open to Monash University staff. Group entries are not permitted.

The competition starts at 7.00 AM (Western Indonesian Time) on 8 May 2023 and ends at 10.00 PM (Western Indonesian Time) on 14 May 2023

In total, 2  winners will each be awarded with a prize. The prize details are:

• Overall Grand Prize winner, iPhone 14
• Runner up, Voucher cash value IDR 3 Million

To enter the competition, participants must, during the Competition Period:

• Follow @monashuni_indonesiacommunity
• Like and repost content about “‘The Monash Change Exhibit” on Instagram feed and tag @monashuni_indocommunity
• Use the hashtag #changeit in your repost caption
• Tag three friends in the comment section of the content
• Ensure that Instagram profile is set to public so that entry can be seen by the competition organizers
• Upload the reels video in participants account and tag @monashuni_indonesiacommunity

To participate in the competition, participants must create a 30-60 second  video about The Change Exhibit  (Light box Exhibition). The video must meet the following requirements:

• Length: The video must be  between 30-60 seconds long. Videos that are longer than 1 minute will not be accepted.

• Content: The video must be about the event, explain about the lightbox on exhibition space at The Breeze BSD City

• Creativity: The video should be creative and engaging. Use interesting shots, angles, and transitions to make the video stand out.

• Clarity: The video should clearly convey the atmosphere and mood of the event. Use appropriate music, sound effects, and narration to enhance the viewer's experience.

• Impression: The video content should leave a good impression based on the number of people reached, the level of engagement, and the number of likes received.

• Quality: The video should be of high quality, with clear audio and video. Make sure your video is well-lit, in focus, and without any major technical issues.

• Originality: The video should be participants' own original work. Do not use copyrighted material without permission.

Once participants have created the video, they must upload it through their account Instagram reels.  The judges will review all submissions and choose a winner based on creativity, clarity, quality and overall impression.

The winners will be announced by Monash via the Monash University Instagram account (Monashuni_indonesiacommunity).

Each winner will be contacted by Monash via direct message on the Monash University Instagram account (Monashuni_indonesiacommunity) in order to verify their entry and redeem their prize.

In order to verify their entry, each winner will be required to provide the following via direct message on the Monash University Instagram account (Monashuni_indonesiacommunity):

• full name;
• email address;
• confirmation in writing that you meet the above mentioned eligibility criteria.

If a winner is unable to provide sufficient evidence of the above, they will be deemed ineligible to receive a prize.

Winners will receive instructions from the Monash University Instagram account (Monashuni_indonesiacommunity on how to redeem their prize via the social account they used to respond to the competition.

Winners have to pick up their prize at Monash University, Indonesia campus.
