The event will take place in person at the Trembesi Hotel BSD on 20 August 2025. Additionally, we will host two pre-event Online Webinars on 18 June and 16 July 2025.

While EduVate 2025 will be beneficial for all community members of Indonesian higher education, we recommend this event for decision makers at Indonesian higher education institutions, such as University's Vice Rector or Vice Dean of Academic or Student Affairs, Head of department/unit/center that oversee the learning and teaching, Lecturer coordinator, etc.

There is no registration fee. Applicants are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and related expenses during the event.

As we invite speakers and participants from other countries, English will mainly be used as a medium of communication.

Yes, we will be providing meals during EduVate 2025 on 20 August 2025. As part of our commitment to sustainability, bottled water will not be provided. Please bring your own tumbler, which you can refill at the water stations available throughout the venue.

Yes, participants will receive e-certificates and will be distributed after the event.
