The event will take place in person at the Trembesi Hotel BSD on Wednesday, 20 August 2025. Additionally, we will host two pre-event Online Webinars on 18 June and 16 July 2025.

To accelerate the enhancement in learning and teaching innovation, EduVate 2025 will invite lecturers and the management team of higher education institutions, such as the University's Vice Rector or Vice Dean of Academic or Student Affairs, Head of department/unit/centre that oversee the learning and teaching, Lecturer coordinator, etc.

There is no registration fee. Applicants are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and related expenses during the event.

While Monash University, Indonesia does not cover travel expenses, we are offering accommodation support grants only for selected presenters in Learning & Teaching Showcase category. The grant includes a one-night stay at Trembesi Hotel BSD City from 20 to 21 August 2025.

You can apply for the accommodation grant via the registration form. The outcome of your grant application will be shared along with your presentation application result.

As we invite speakers and participants from other countries, English will be used as a medium of communication (including presentations).

Yes, we will be providing meals during EduVate 2025 on 20 August 2025. As part of our commitment to sustainability, bottled water will not be provided. Please bring your own tumbler, which you can refill at the water stations available throughout the venue.

You are invited to share your learning and teaching practices that align with one of the EduVate 2025 themes. Your presentation may showcase practices that are ongoing or have already been implemented. We encourage you to include supporting evidence, such as photos, artefacts, or student feedback, and, if applicable, a short demonstration.

You will present verbally in parallel rooms. The presentation should not exceed 10-minute long, and will be followed with Q&A session.

If your application is accepted, you will be asked to submit the presentation slides you intend to use. We will provide guidelines for the presentation outline.

Yes, you can co-present with one colleague, student, or educational support staff member involved in the implementation. A maximum of two presenters is allowed per session.

Presenters will receive an e-certificate and gain valuable networking opportunities during the event. Additionally, selected participants will be nominated for the "EduVate 2025 Best Presenter" award in recognition of outstanding contributions to learning and teaching practice.

The recipient of the "Best Presenter" award will also receive a Travel Grant (covering flight and accommodation) to present their work at the TransformED Learning & Teaching Conference, hosted by Monash University Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 27 November 2025.

Active university students (undergraduate or graduate level students) can present their ideas on the Poster Exhibition.

You can share learning experiences, projects, or activities, be it inside or outside of the classroom, that:

• are impactful and would be good to be replicated in other institutions, or
• those you think could be improved to create better outcomes

Poster content should focus on student reflections, appreciation, or aspirations about their learning experiences in higher education. Posters should address one of the following topics:

• The use of AI in the learning process
• Campus initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and comfort
• Meaningful and engaging learning experiences

You will share your experience in the form of a poster (1 page, A1 size). A 40-minute time slot will be allocated for EduVate participants to visit your poster and engage with you. You may present individually or with one other presenter, a maximum of two presenters is allowed per poster.

If your application is accepted, you will be asked to send the PDF file of your poster. The EduVate committee will handle the printing and provide the display materials. Get ready to share your exciting ideas with the audience!

As a poster presenter, you'll have the opportunity to expand your network and will receive an e-certificate. Outstanding contributions will be recognised through nominations for "EduVate 2025 Best Poster" and "Most Favourite Poster" awards. Each winner will have the chance to win a total prize of IDR 2 million (in the form of gift vouchers).
