Mindful May at Monash University Library
At the Library, we are proud to partner with Monash Wellbeing, Monash Sport, and the Monash Centre for Consciousness and Contemplative Studies to curate a special program of free wellbeing workshops and activities held across multiple locations.
Throughout May, the Library will create a space for you to pause, recharge and reconnect with wellbeing initiatives. Therapy dogs, arts and crafts sessions and free calming teas are all in the mix.
