Reduce stress and enhance your wellbeing in one of our free pop-up classes.
Activities are led by Monash Sport, on all Australian campuses.

Mindfulness talks
Learn research-backed mindfulness skills that support you to be more attentive, calm and enhance your memory.
Talks delivered by Monash mindfulness experts from the Centre from Contemplative Studies.

Mindful music
Take a moment to pause and enjoy calming musical performances in the Library.

Free activities
Take a break any time at one of the Wellbeing Zones we've set up at each of our six libraries.

Mindful colouring
Pull up a chair and take some time to relax either by yourself or with friends with this activity.
The design was especially created by our MADA students as part of our Mind your Mind exhibition.

Origami
Feel your stress drop away with every fold of the paper.
The focus and attention needed for this activity both calms your mind.
Add to that a little dopamine boost from creating a little piece of art.

Mini zen garden
Take a moment to rake sand and arrange stones to create patterns.
The simplicity of design and repetition can help mental clarity and balance.
