Throughout May, we'll have a range of mindfulness activities to support you to take a break, relax and improve your wellbeing.
Wellbeing zones
Drop-in activities are available across all six Library branches.

Mindful colouring
Pull up a chair and take some time to relax either by yourself or with friends with this activity.
The design was especially created by our MADA students as part of our Mind your Mind exhibition.

Origami
Feel your stress drop away with every fold of the paper.
The focus and attention needed for this activity calms your mind. Add to that a little dopamine boost from creating a little piece of art.

Zen gardening
Take some time out to relax and sweep away any stress with our mini zen gardens.
Rake sand and arrange stones to create patterns – the simplicity of design and repetition can help mental clarity and balance.
