Terms and conditions

All presenters who submit an abstract and present at the Empathy Symposium, agree to the following terms:

• My co-authors and I consent to publication of our abstract in the symposium program.
• I understand that if my abstract for an oral presentation is not successful, I may be offered a poster presentation instead.
• Publication of my abstract will not infringe any copyright, intellectual property or third-party rights.
• If my abstract is accepted for an oral presentation, I understand that the scheduled presentation time cannot be amended.
• I will provide a short biography for use by the symposium organisers when requested.
• I give permission for a photographer to be present during my presentation and for my photos to be published on the Empathy Imperative website, newsletters or other promotional materials.
