Brand requests and approvals

While our brand will evolve as we continue to redefine what it means to be a university, the cornerstones of our visual identity are likely to remain the same.

If you have any queries regarding the Monash University brand, or require creative feedback and direction to ensure assets are on brand, please submit via the Brand requests form.

Brand submissions are reviewed regularly throughout the week. Every effort will be made to provide feedback within 24-48 hours.

You can also submit work via your marketing manager as a first port of call. Assets that are clearly on brand don't need to be submitted for review. Marketing managers will be able to advise when it's necessary to submit work for brand approval.

Please make allowances in your timelines for feedback, change requests and a possible second review.

Endorsements

Monash University does not endorse products and/or services that have been paid for. Please submit a request via the Brand requests form if you wish to apply for an exemption. A business case must be provided that includes:

  • the background
  • why Monash should endorse the product or service
  • the benefits to Monash of endorsing the product or service
  • how long Monash has been using the product or service
  • what is known about the supply chain and if it's ethical
  • the financial stability of the product or service
