Unless Business cards are required for specific activities, in line with our sustainable goals and digital first strategy, we discourage printing business cards. We encourage people to connect with others using the QR code as part of the LinkedIn functions.

The Monash University logo should be the only logo displayed on business cards.

Faculties, schools, departments and centres are named within the contact details on business cards.

When creating in-language business cards, please follow the naming conventions for the order of people’s names that is commonly used within that culture. For example: last name, first name, second name.
