Jakarta – Monash University has successfully wrapped up the Navigator Mentorship Program, a hybrid group mentoring for Indonesian alumni. This year's program brought together 10 mentors and 36 enthusiastic mentees, fostering professional growth and personal development through a series of dynamic sessions.

The Navigator Mentorship Program was designed with goals:

  • Sharing expertise: providing a platform for experienced alumni to share knowledge and approaches relevant to Indonesian professional and cultural contexts.
  • Nurturing growth: supporting the career and personal development of both newly graduated alumni and those in mid-level management roles.

The final in-person session, held on 26 May 2026 at Teras Sudirman by Plataran Jakarta, offered valuable networking opportunities and deep discussions to complement the online sessions. Mentors hailed from a wide range of companies and industries in Indonesia, ensuring mentees gained insights from multiple perspectives. This diversity allowed mentees to explore leadership styles, industry trends, and career strategies across sectors.

The program received highly positive feedback
