Campus visit reimbursement scheme
We know that choosing the right university is a life-changing decision. While brochures and websites offer a glimpse into student life, nothing compares to walking the halls, meeting the faculty, and experiencing our vibrant campus atmosphere firsthand.
To support our prospective students traveling from outside the JABODETABEK area, we are thrilled to announce the campus visit reimbursement scheme.
If you are planning to join us for the 2026 intake, you could be eligible for a reimbursement of up to IDR 5,000,000 to cover your travel and accommodation costs.
How it works
To qualify for the reimbursement, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Location: You must reside outside of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi.
- Program: You must be applying for an Undergraduate (Bachelor's) or Postgraduate coursework (Master's) program. Applicants for PhD programs are not eligible for this reimbursement scheme.
- Visit: You must officially record your visit via our campus visit page and book your time slot for the day of your tour.
- Enrolment: You must successfully commence your studies in 2026 and remain enrolled past the census date.
- Documentation: Keep all original receipts for your transportation and accommodation.
