PhD Scholarship Overview

• Scholarship Duration: 3.5 years.

Request for LoA for LPDP Application?

To request your Letter of Acceptance for LPDP scholarship purposes, please follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Documentation

Please ensure you have prepared all required documents. We recommend checking your eligibility criteria carefully and reviewing our "How to Apply" section thoroughly before submission.

2. Submit Pre-eligibility Documents

• Email complete documentation to: mi-hdr@monash.edu
• For LPDP applicants, use subject line: "PhD LoA Request for LPDP - [Your Full Name]"
• For LPDP awardees, use subject line: "LPDP Awardee - [Your Full Name]"
• Ensure all attachments are clearly labeled and in PDF format

3. Application Review

• Our Higher Degrees by Research team will assess your application
• You may be contacted for additional information or clarification
• Applications meeting our PhD requirements will be considered for an LoA.
