Already have a Monash account? Go straight to Step 2.

To set up your Monash account, locate your Monash student ID (found in the Student Course Agreement in your offer email) then click the link below. You'll also set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) in this step.

Create your account

Read through your course's Handbook and Course map (linked below) to understand its structure and requirements.

Based on these requirements, decide which units to study for the rest of the year, and make a list of their unit codes. (Step 3 will show you how to enter these unit codes into the enrolment system.)

Here are some useful terms to help you as you plan your course (see full Glossary of University Terms):

Units – These are the building blocks of your course requirements.

• Some units are core units, which means they are compulsory for your course.
• Some courses allow for elective units, which means you can choose units that interest you, either from a set list or from across other faculties, depending on your course.

Unit codes – Three letters and four numbers assigned to each unit. You’ll use these codes to enrol in your chosen units in Step 3.

Credit points – Most units are worth either 6 credit points or 12 credit points.

Once you have your list of units (and their unit codes) that you’d like to study for the rest of the year, head to the Web Enrolment System (WES) and log in using your Monash account.

Click the ENROLMENT / RE-ENROLMENT link, which takes you to the ENROLMENT SUMMARY.

Work your way through all the sections of the ENROLMENT SUMMARY screen. You need to do each section in order (from top to bottom) to unlock the next section.

The Supplementary Enrolment Form is a mandatory document used to collect comprehensive demographic, academic, and socio-economic student data. It ensures all student records are accurate for the PDDIKTI (Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi), the official Indonesian government database for higher education.
