Throughout May, we'll have a range of mindfulness activities to support you to take a break, relax and improve your wellbeing.
There’ll be free wellbeing and mindfulness talks from Monash Mindfulness experts, and free classes and activities like yoga. There’s even music performances at the Matheson library.
