Overview
We have created a Toolkit for Climate Resilience by Engaging Communities to help governments and policymakers to collaborate with and support vulnerable communities in their climate resilience. Here, we have gathered and shared insights and a framework for understanding how to work in partnership with vulnerable community members to foster resilience in the face of a changing climate.
Building resilience against climate change necessitates social, cultural, economic, and political change. This Toolkit for Climate Resilience by Engaging Communities is based on strong partnerships we have built to support and understand the challenges faced by people with disability, diverse women, and older people in Lombok, Makassar, and Kupang.
Through collaboration with Indonesian and Australian government and non-government organisations, we have developed inclusive and sustainable solutions to benefit the Indo-Pacific region.
The project findings are shared through a range of evidence based tools. These can be accessed on this page.
