Michelle White
A/Prof Michelle White, MBBS, FRACP, DipPallMed, is a Medical Oncologist specialising in breast cancer and cancer genetics, holding fellowship status with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). Her qualifications also include a Post Graduate Diploma in Palliative Medicine, signifying her commitment to holistic, multidisciplinary cancer care.
Dr White takes a lead role in breast cancer services not just at Monash but also at Cabrini Hospitals, contributing to clinical trials and local research initiatives as lead investigator for a range of studies.
In addition to her clinical and research commitments, she is highly active in shaping the local service landscape, as a member of the steering committee developing Breast Cancer Services at Cabrini Brighton and a participant in Victorian Clinical Oncology groups for genetics and breast cancer. Her work is widely published and has been presented at national conferences, underscoring a strong focus on translating research into improved outcomes for women with breast cancer.
