Sarah Marshall
Dr Sarah Marshall is an NHMRC Early Career Fellow and Head of the Maternal and Perinatal Vascular and Placental Research Group under the mentorship of Dr Kirsten Palmer.
She was awarded her PhD in 2017 from the University of Melbourne, having researched the vascular effects of the pregnancy hormone relaxin. In 2017, she was recruited as a Research Fellow by Prof Euan Wallace to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Her current research focuses on the preclinical assessment of novel antioxidant treatments for the pregnancy disorder preeclampsia and the clinical translation of the most promising treatments.
