What drew you to Monash University?

She chose to study at Monash University because of its prestige and commitment to providing opportunities for people from all walks of life. She appreciated the inclusive environment and the chance to study and work alongside a diverse community.

How did your course help with professional development?

Najma's background in administrative work and her role in the Women Empowerment Program have enabled her to support women from diverse backgrounds. Her psychology degree from Monash University has further equipped her with flexibility, analytical skills, and a resilient ability to empathise and listen, allowing her to provide top-notch support. Her career demonstrates a fundamental commitment to a positive impact on her community.
