Career Prospects and Industry Experience
Looking for career development opportunities within your science program? There are units that can give you a competitive advantage when looking for jobs. Undergraduate units can count as science electives within the BSc and any double degree with the BSc.
Internship Units
Put your knowledge and skills into practice and gain professional experience while earning credit towards your degree. The internship experience will give you hands-on, real world exposure to the workplace environment and will enable you to further develop graduate attributes and employability skills. The internship will help you develop self-awareness of your ability to meet stated objectives and areas in need of improvement.
Research Projects
Get a taster of an individual research project in a discipline relating to a major area of study, conducted under supervision. Your project will include a critical literature review, experimental design and data analysis as well as seminars.
