Doctorate (PhD)

By undertaking a PhD in Science, you will become a member of a dynamic community of scholars committed to innovation and discovery and contribute to the advancement of knowledge within your area of expertise.

Master of Philosophy (Science)

The Master of Philosophy will provide you with the opportunity to show independent thought and demonstrate your ability to carry out research in your chosen discipline.

Master of Science (Research) - Malaysia only

The Master of Science degree allows you to pursue independent research in a specific science area over a shorter period of time than a PhD. Your research may be undertaken in any of the school’s principal research areas and strengths.

Doctor of Science (DSc)

The Doctor of Science (DSc) is of a higher standing than either a masters degree or the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and is awarded for work that makes an original, substantial and distinguished contribution to knowledge in a field with which the faculty is concerned.
