Maths and science prerequisites

The best way to meet the prerequisites requirements for Monash Science undergraduate courses is by undertaking them via VCE or equivalent Year 12 studies. If a student does not meet the prerequisite at the time offers are released, they won't be eligible to receive an offer for their chosen course. However, Monash Science does accept a range of alternate options.

What does my first year in Science look like?

Hear from our current students, Feyza, Ratu and Jared, as they share their stories and experiences from their first year of study. We'll also take you through how to use our Your Essential Guide website to design your degree, from unit enrolments and majors to learning beyond the classroom (such as field trips and international experiences).
