Carpooling

Carpool parking has returned to our Clayton and Peninsula campuses from Monday 23 March.

Free parking areas are reserved for staff and students who come to campus with at least two people in their vehicle.

We encourage staff and students to carpool with people they know and share your trip and fuel costs. By reducing the number of single occupancy vehicles coming to campus, we'll reduce fuel consumption and greenhouse emissions, and reduce parking congestion on campus.

Free parking is available at our Clayton and Peninsula campuses for staff and students who carpool to campus. The below car parks are reserved for carpool parking:

Eligibility

To be eligible for carpool parking, staff and students must arrive on campus and enter the designated area with at least one passenger.

Upon arrival at the reserved car parks, an attendant will verify the number of people in your vehicle and then provide you access into the car park.
