How to apply
To transfer into a Monash program through an approved transnational education arrangement with a Monash partner university, you must submit an international student application.
You can:
- Apply through your partner university (if they provide this service), OR
- Apply through a registered Monash agent in your country, OR
- Apply directly to Monash as an international student
Applying directly to Monash University
- Ensure you have the following information ready :
- Course code
- Name of the Monash Course you are applying for
- Course start date
- Campus
- Copy of your passport
- Evidence you meet the English language requirements
- Official translations of documents in a language other than English
- $100 applicant fee (or a waiver code)
- Ensure you have all the certified copies of transcripts / academic marksheets from the home institution ready to upload. Please note that if you are applying for a 2+2 credit transfer program, you must submit at least three semesters of transcripts / academic marksheets.

How to Accept your Monash Offer
To accept your offer and become an international student at Monash, you need to pay your deposit and return your completed and signed copy of your International Student Course Agreement (ISCA) to Central Admissions, Monash University or via your my.app portal (if applicable).
