Staff training

We have a range of free training available to help our staff build their capability to enhance safety, inclusion and respect at Monash.

The Respect and Inclusion and Professional and Ethical Conduct modules are compulsory for all staff. Once this is completed we recommend you explore our other training programs.

Build your skills by completing our online modules any time or sign up for a workshop at a time that suits you: enhance your allyship to Rainbow Communities, become a champion in gender-based violence prevention, or learn how to be a confident Active Bystander.
