Our comprehensive Talent Enhancement Framework, developed as part of the Impact 2030 strategic plan, supports researchers through programs and initiatives that strengthen professional development, research capabilities and collaboration. These programmatic initiatives can be viewed below.

The Masterclass series is an opportunity to hear senior academic researchers reflect on their research careers, their passion for making an impact and their most valuable advice for aspiring research leaders.
Monash Graduate Scholarships (MGS) are provided by Monash University to support domestic and international students undertaking Research Doctorate and Research Masters degrees. Find out more.

The Incubator facilitates interdisciplinary research on global challenges, climate change, geopolitical security, and community well-being by providing targeted funding to support collaborations between Monash researchers and international partners.
The VC Awards for Research Excellence honour Monash researchers for their world-leading studies, often conducted in collaboration with government and industry, and recognise staff contributions to research excellence and postgraduate supervision.
