Respect Adviser Network

If you’re dealing with a conflict or dispute, or serious unacceptable behaviour (such as bullying, harassment or sexual harm), Respect Advisers are here to give you confidential help and advice.

The Respect Adviser Network is a program coordinated by the Safer Community Unit which plays a vital role in keeping our campuses safe, inclusive, and respectful. Advisers are trained and friendly Monash staff who can support you if you’ve experienced or witnessed bullying, discrimination, harassment, gender-based violence or other forms of disrespectful behaviour.

Respect Advisers are not advocates or counsellors, but act as trusted informal contacts who can receive disclosures, provide initial support, explore informal resolution options, and guide you towards relevant support services or formal processes if needed.

Contact our Respect Advisers

Respect Advisers are members of staff at Monash University in Australia who have been carefully recruited and trained. Take a look at the list below and send an email to the staff member you feel most comfortable speaking to.
