Group Governance Framework
The Group Governance Framework provides structure for the governance and management of the corporate aspects of the University’s controlled and associated, incorporated entities. It seeks to embed common values, ethics and a culture that define a ‘Monash Group’, and to assist in the pursuit of aligned strategy and effective oversight across the Monash Group.
Delegations & Authorisations
The Monash University Act, Statute, and Regulations empower the Council, the Academic Board, and the Vice-Chancellor to delegate certain of their functions and powers to positions or bodies. The Monash Group Delegations and Authorisations Policy and Procedure establish the framework and principles for the assignment, recording, exercise, and review of delegations and authorisations to facilitate efficient and accountable decision-making.
