Payment options
If you have been issued an infringement notice on campus, you can pay your fee online, by phone or by post. Please allow two business days after the date of issue of your infringement notice before making a credit card payment.
Parking infringements cannot be paid over the counter on campus.
There are three options for paying:
Online
You can pay your infringement online at any time with a credit card.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and all payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please allow 2 business days for the infringement to be eligible for payment.
An outcome letter for your application will be provided by post to your supplied address.
Phone
You can pay your infringement over the phone at any time with a credit card, by calling 1300 631 076 and following the prompts.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and all payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please allow 2 business days for the infringement to be eligible for payment.
Post
You can pay your infringement by post with a cheque or money order.
Please make your cheque or money order payable to Monash University and mail with your infringement notice number to:

Extension of Time
If you've received a fine and can't pay the full amount by the due date, you can apply for more time to pay. A successful application of extension of time will extend the original payment due date by 28 days. Only one application per infringement will be considered.
Apply for an extension of time
An outcome letter for your application will be provided by post to your supplied address.
Apply for a payment plan
You may apply for a payment plan to pay an infringement penalty and any penalty reminder notice fees. Applications for payment plans can only be received from registered owners or nominated drivers of the vehicle.
